Silver Cloud Resort’s Rules

  • Loud Music not allowded.
  • No Room Service, for this Resort have Dining Area.
  • Bonefire will be provided on demand.
  • Outdoor Activities Like : Rock Climbing, Trekking, Guide for Bird Wathchers will be availble on demand and it will be extra charge.

Packages Includes Facilities

  • The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM.
  • Welcome drink on arrival.
  • Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals served as per your order.
  • No extra charge for children below 6 years (without extra bed).
  • 6-12 yrs – 50% per child/night with extra bed.
  • Above 12 years – 100% per person/night with extra bed.
  • Packages price are subject to change without any prior notice.

Silver Cloud Resort’s Policies

  • No Entry without wearing the Mask.
  • Please Save Water , Save trees and use the dustbins.
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Silver Cloud. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • The primary guest checking in to the cottage must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with cottage phone number. You can contact the cottage directly for early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by Silver Cloud.
  • This is a couple friendly property. Unmarried/Unrelated couples are allowed to check-in. Local Ids can be presented as proof of identification. Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the cottage management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the cottage management.
  • The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as Pick & Drop, Laundry etc). These will be charged by the cottage at the time of check-out from the cottage.
  • For any update, the customer shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
  • Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the cottage.
  • The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is entirely on the cottage’s discretion.

Cancellation Policies

  • Less than 15 days before the arrival date – no refund.
  • Less than 20 days before the arrival date – 60% refund.
  • Less than 25 days before the arrival date – 75% refund.
  • No refund in case of road block, accident, snow fall etc.
  • 50% of the total refundable amount (as per the above policy) will be released after cancellation and balance 50% will be adjust in to the future bookings only.
  • Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
  • Resort has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Package offered on the season bases.
